INSECT-RESPECT STANDS FOR A
NEW APPROACH TO INSECTS WORLDWIDE

INSECT-RESPECT at the German Creative Economy Summit
The German Creative Economy Summit (GCES) is the leading national conference for Germany’s creative industries and brings together approximately 1,100 stakeholders from politics, government, business, and the creative industries once a year. This year’s summit took place on April 28 and 29, and INSECT-RESPECT was there too: Our project manager, Robin Bühlmann, attended the conference and brought the topic of insect protection into the debate on creativity and innovation.
During the panel discussion titled “Those Who Only Optimize Lose: How Cross-Innovation Determines Competitiveness,” she joined Prof. Dr. Martin Kiel, Eva Schiele-Recknagel, and Sean Weingarten to discuss how cross-industry thinking opens up new perspectives and why true transformation requires more than mere efficiency.
